Cotswold Water Park Hotel (Four Pillars Hotel Group)

A 240,000sq.ft. & approx £26m waterside hotel development comprising 220 bedrooms, 63 apartments and associated conference, dining, swimming and gymnasium facilities built partly on reclaimed marshlands in an environmentally sensitive site.

Abingdon Road, Oxford [155 bedrooms, 90,000sq.ft. ‘New build adjacent to the River Thames]

Sandford on Thames, Oxfordshire [62 rooms & facilities set in 23 acres].

 

Willowbrook, Abingdon, Oxon

Housing development consisting of 215 houses & apartments situated on the site of a former leatherworks, therefore requiring significant remediation works. A variety of foundation techniques were adopted including: deep trench fill, pile with pre-cast tensioned groundbeam and pile with insitu groundbeam.

New Mills Apartments, Nailsworth, Glos (Builders Ede Ltd)

28 apartments and 5 cottages built on the hillside site of a former factory, incorporating a 6m high RC retaining wall & partial RC frame to building.

 

Abingdon Marina, Abingdon, Oxon

22 houses and 87 apartments, remodelling of existing marina, provision of 110 berths.

Ladder Hill, Wheatley, Oxon

130 houses and appartments constructed, in part, on the remediated site of an old coal yard plus a 60,000sq.ft. industrial unit.
